Port & Terminal Labour Outsourcing
ATEB Ltd. provides managed port and terminal labour outsourcing for fixed or rotating shifts, peak demand, project mobilization and long-term operating contracts.
• Terminal tractor / ITT, RTG, Reach Stacker, forklift and selected STS crane drivers/operators, subject to qualification and contract scope.
• Lashing and unlashing personnel, CFS labour and cargo-handling teams.
• Gate clerks, gate inspectors, seal cutters, supervisors and coordinators.
• Managed recruitment, medical fitness, training, PPE, attendance, transport, accommodation where applicable, shift planning, and replacement coverage.
