ATEB Group is a diversified Egyptian group of companies founded in Alexandria in 1998. The precise contracting entity is selected according to the required service, location, asset ownership, regulatory position and commercial arrangement.

We serve shipping lines, vessel operators, container terminals, dry ports, inland terminals, container and ISO tank depots, freight forwarders, tank operators, exporters, importers, agricultural producers, packing houses, manufacturers, industrial companies, construction businesses and project contractors in Egypt and international markets.

ATEB combines logistics management with in-house technical and operational capabilities. A customer may therefore obtain freight forwarding, customs clearance, inland trucking, reefer technical support, genset power, container or tank services, equipment leasing and terminal manpower through connected specialist teams rather than managing each requirement in isolation.

Subject to availability and commercial agreement, ATEB Ltd. can provide dry freight containers, refrigerated containers, ISO tank containers and selected specialized units. Leasing may support transportation, domestic use, temporary storage, seasonal capacity, project requirements or longer-term operations.

Yes. ATEB Group operates a fleet of more than 400 clip-on reefer generator sets used to maintain electrical power to refrigerated containers during inland transport and other operations away from fixed reefer sockets.

Gensets can be provided for individual shipments, short-term assignments, seasonal peaks or longer operating periods, subject to availability and the agreed technical and commercial scope.

The Group's equipment portfolio may include reach stackers, empty-container handlers, top lifters, forklifts, industrial power generators, reefer power packs, towable light towers and other specialized units. Availability and suitability depend on the required capacity, stacking height, container size, operating surface, working hours and location.

Please provide the equipment type and capacity, location, operating period, working hours and shifts, anticipated workload, site conditions, required start date, operator requirements, fuel responsibility, maintenance scope and mobilization details. For container-handling equipment, also provide container sizes, expected weights, stacking height and ground conditions.

Yes. OTS provides import and export customs clearance through in-house customs and documentation teams. Clearance can be coordinated at major Egyptian seaports, airports, container terminals, dry ports, and inland customs locations according to the cargo and operational coverage.

The service may include document review, customs declarations, coordination with customs and other government authorities, inspection and sampling arrangements, scanning, permit follow-up, cargo-release procedures, terminal formalities and inland transportation after release.

The exact scope depends on the customs regime, cargo classification, port of entry or exit, regulatory authorities involved and the responsibilities agreed with the customer.

Yes, and early review is strongly recommended. Pre-shipment review can identify missing approvals, inconsistent descriptions, quantity or weight differences, incomplete certificates and other discrepancies before they cause clearance delays, storage, demurrage or amendment costs.

For regulated or technically complex cargo, the review should begin before booking whenever possible.

OTS can review the available product information and assist with the expected customs tariff classification and regulatory pathway. The customer should provide a precise description, composition, intended use, technical specifications, catalogues, photographs and relevant certificates.

Final tariff classification and regulatory acceptance remain subject to the competent authorities. Certain registrations or approvals must be obtained directly by the importer, exporter, manufacturer or authorized representative.

Customers should provide complete documents early and ensure that cargo descriptions, quantities, weights, values, origin, package details and consignee information are consistent across the invoice, packing list, transport document and certificates. Required permits, registrations and bank or authority approvals should be confirmed before departure.

For an initial assessment, please provide the importer or exporter details, cargo description, tariff code if available, invoice, packing list, transport document, origin, value, weights, intended use, technical literature and expected arrival or departure date.

Yes. ATEB provides depot and yard-management services for shipping lines, container lessors, terminal operators, logistics companies and industrial customers. The scope may include gate operations, receiving and release, condition inspection, inventory control, yard planning, lifting and stacking, repair or cleaning coordination, storage, equipment tracking and client reporting.

Yes. ATEB Group supplies trained technical and operational personnel for selected terminal, depot, dry-port, Container Freight Station and logistics activities. Roles may include reefer technicians, equipment operators, truck drivers, lashing and unlashing teams, gate clerks, inspectors, seal cutters, CFS labour, supervisors and maintenance personnel.

ATEB supports selected depot and terminal technologies, including remote reefer monitoring, alarm workflows, electronic operational reporting, equipment or container status visibility and integration with terminal or yard-management systems where technically feasible.

A technology project normally begins with a site and process assessment, followed by system design, hardware and communication planning, configuration, testing, commissioning, user training and after-sales support.

Yes. OTS arranges road transportation for import, export and domestic cargo movements across Egypt. Services connect seaports, airports, container terminals, dry ports, depots, factories, warehouses, packing houses, construction sites and customer premises.

Transport planning considers the cargo, container type, gross weight, dimensions, loading and unloading method, delivery window, route conditions, permits and site-access requirements.

Operational coverage includes Alexandria, Dekheila, Port Said, Damietta, Sokhna, Suez, Cairo, 6th of October City and other commercial or industrial locations. Coverage for a particular movement is confirmed according to vehicle availability, access permits, route feasibility, and the required equipment.

Yes. OTS arranges reefer-container trucking and can coordinate clip-on gensets where electrical power must be maintained during inland transport or temporary staging. Before dispatch, the customer must confirm the required setpoint, ventilation, humidity and any Cold Treatment or Controlled Atmosphere instructions.

Technical checks, genset installation, operating support and emergency response can be arranged through the Group's reefer specialists.

Yes. OTS coordinates loaded and empty ISO tank movements between ports, depots, cleaning facilities, factories, loading points and consignee premises. The transport plan reflects the tank specification, cargo classification, documentation, route, chassis requirements and applicable safety procedures.

Yes. Selected cross-border road services can be arranged between Egypt and regional destinations where the route, border procedures, cargo acceptance, permits and approved transport capacity are available. The service may operate as a direct road movement or as part of a multimodal solution combining trucking with ocean transport.

Depending on the agreed scope, OTS may coordinate shipper collection, export clearance, transit documents, border crossing, destination customs support, overseas transport partners and final delivery.

Please provide the cargo description, gross weight, dimensions, package details, container size and type where applicable, loading and delivery addresses, requested dates, loading and unloading methods, customs status, Incoterm and any temperature, hazardous, oversized or high-value requirements.

Cross-border enquiries should also identify the preferred route or border point, transit-document requirements, permits and destination-clearance arrangements where known.

Yes. ATEB provides condition inspection, damage assessment, maintenance and structural repair for dry freight containers. Work is performed in accordance with applicable IICL repair criteria, relevant ISO standards, owner-specific requirements and approved repair procedures.

The objective is to restore structural integrity, weather-tightness, cargo-worthiness and safe operation before the unit returns to service.

ATEB provides ISO tank cleaning, inspection, testing, repair coordination, storage, lifting, depot handling and operational reporting. Services may include internal and external washing, steam or chemical cleaning where appropriate, drying, visual inspection, leak testing, pressure or pneumatic testing, periodic hydrostatic testing and preparation for release.

Every tank is assessed against its specification, previous cargo, residue condition, cleaning instructions, safety information and the facility's acceptance criteria.

Please provide the tank number and specification, previous cargo name, Safety Data Sheet, product classification, discharge date, residue condition, required cleaning standard, expected arrival date, intended next cargo where known and any instructions from the owner or operator. Missing information can delay acceptance, cleaning and release.

Yes. ATEB Group supplies and installs Flexitanks for suitable non-hazardous bulk liquids carried in standard dry containers. The service may include product-compatibility review, container inspection, interior preparation, protective lining, Flexitank fitting, loading supervision, documentation support and shipment follow-up.

Before installation, the container must be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from sharp projections. Product acceptance depends on density, temperature, chemical compatibility, loading method, carrier policy and destination regulations.

Orient Transport Services (OTS) provides end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics solutions for importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders and project contractors. Its scope includes ocean freight, air freight, domestic and selected cross-border road transport, customs clearance, project cargo, reefer logistics, ISO tank operations, Flexitank solutions, cross-trade shipments, multimodal transport and final-delivery coordination.

OTS can manage the complete shipment cycle, from initial routing and carrier selection to booking, documentation, customs formalities, terminal coordination, inland transportation and delivery. The service scope is tailored to the cargo, trade lane, transit-time requirement, equipment type and agreed Incoterm.

Yes. OTS arranges import, export and cross-trade ocean freight using Full Container Load (FCL), Less-than-Container Load (LCL), reefer containers, ISO tanks and selected special equipment. Services can be structured port-to-port, door-to-port, port-to-door or door-to-door, depending on the route and local service availability.

The team coordinates carrier selection, booking, equipment release, shipping instructions, document follow-up, terminal milestones, arrival formalities and inland delivery through shipping lines and overseas logistics partners.

Full Container Load (FCL) is used when a shipper books an entire container, whether or not the container is filled to its maximum capacity. It provides dedicated equipment and generally reduces cargo handling during the journey.

Less-than-Container Load (LCL) allows smaller shipments from different customers to share one consolidated container. The most appropriate option depends on cargo volume and weight, handling sensitivity, transit time, destination charges, and total landed cost.

Yes. OTS coordinates import and export air freight for urgent, high-value, time-sensitive and specialized cargo. Available solutions may include direct or consolidated services, airport-to-airport movements, origin collection, customs clearance and final delivery.

Routing is selected according to cargo dimensions, chargeable weight, commodity, handling requirements, required delivery date, airline capacity and commercial priorities.

Yes. OTS can combine ocean, air and road transport with customs clearance, port or airport handling, storage and final delivery under one coordinated logistics plan. A multimodal solution is designed around the shipment's origin, destination, cargo characteristics, route restrictions, delivery deadline and budget.

Door-to-door service remains subject to customs, infrastructure and local-delivery conditions at both origin and destination.

Yes. OTS coordinates cross-trade movements in which cargo travels between two countries without physically passing through Egypt. Through its carrier and overseas-agent network, OTS can manage origin handling, freight booking, documentation, destination coordination and consolidated reporting to the customer.

NVOCC-related services may also be arranged where applicable to the trade lane, documentation structure and regulatory requirements.

Yes. OTS develops logistics solutions for machinery, industrial equipment, construction materials, heavy units and cargo that exceeds standard container dimensions. The service may include cargo assessment, route planning, equipment selection, lifting and handling coordination, permits, customs clearance, terminal arrangements and delivery to the project site.

Every project is reviewed individually because dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, lifting points, route restrictions and site conditions directly affect the transport method and cost.

OTS coordinates the commercial and operational movement of fresh, chilled, frozen and other temperature-sensitive cargo. This may include reefer-container booking, shipping instructions, temperature and ventilation requirements, inland transport, clip-on genset arrangements, terminal coordination and shipment follow-up.

When technical intervention is required, OTS works with the Group's specialised reefer teams for Pre-Trip Inspection, Cold Treatment, Controlled Atmosphere, monitoring, emergency repair and other machinery support.

Yes. OTS coordinates the movement of compatible bulk liquids in ISO tank containers and Flexitanks. Services may include tank or Flexitank planning, freight booking, trucking, customs clearance, depot coordination, cleaning and repair follow-up, empty-equipment repositioning, loading support and destination delivery.

Each shipment is reviewed against the cargo classification, product characteristics, equipment compatibility, safety documentation, carrier acceptance and applicable regulations.

CA — Controlled Atmosphere: The controlled regulation of gases, normally oxygen and carbon dioxide, inside a reefer container for suitable cargo.

CEDEX — Container Equipment Data Exchange: An industry format used to exchange container inspection, repair and status data.

CFS — Container Freight Station: A facility where cargo may be received, handled, consolidated, deconsolidated or prepared for shipment.

EDI — Electronic Data Interchange: Structured electronic exchange of operational or commercial data between systems.

FCL — Full Container Load: A shipment for which one customer books the entire container.

IICL — Institute of International Container Lessors: An industry organisation whose inspection and repair criteria are widely used for containers.

ISO Tank: A reusable tank container built to ISO dimensions for the transport of compatible bulk liquids, gases or powders.

Yes. Mobile technical, repair, reefer, equipment, manpower, monitoring and logistics services can be delivered at approved customer sites. Before attendance, ATEB confirms access, safety conditions, permits, workspace, utilities and any operational restrictions.

Yes. ATEB provides authorized service and warranty support for major reefer-machinery manufacturers, including Carrier Transicold, Daikin, Star Cool and Thermo King. Coverage for a particular unit depends on the manufacturer arrangement, model, warranty status, location and spare-parts requirement, and should be confirmed when the service request is placed.

A Pre-Trip Inspection is a structured technical test performed before a reefer container is released for loading or operation. It verifies the refrigeration circuit, controller, alarms, sensors, electrical components, airflow, defrost function, ventilation settings and overall machinery condition.

The PTI identifies faults before cargo is loaded and confirms whether the unit meets the required operational criteria. Any defects are reported for repair approval or corrective action.

Yes. Round-the-clock emergency support can be provided at approved ports, terminals, dry ports, depots, warehouses, packing houses and customer sites. Mobile teams respond to machinery stoppages, temperature deviations, alarm codes, refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, power problems and other urgent conditions.

Rapid attendance reduces equipment downtime and cargo exposure; however, response time remains subject to the location, permits, site access, technician availability and vessel or terminal security procedures.

ATEB prepares reefer containers for approved Cold Treatment shipments by installing, testing and calibrating treatment probes, verifying controller and sensor readings, programming the required settings and confirming the technical readiness of the machinery.

The final protocol, target temperatures, probe positions and documentation must be confirmed by the customer, carrier and competent authorities for the relevant commodity and destination.

ATEB provides technical preparation for Controlled Atmosphere shipments, including machinery and system checks, verification of required settings and support for oxygen and carbon-dioxide control arrangements. The preparation is completed in accordance with the cargo requirements, carrier instructions and approved protocol.

Yes. ATEB installs, commissions and supports remote reefer-monitoring solutions for container terminals, dry ports and depots. Depending on the selected technology, the system can provide central visibility of temperatures, setpoints, alarms, power status, machinery data and other operating parameters.

The project may include site assessment, solution design, communication infrastructure, hardware installation, device connection, software configuration, system integration, testing, commissioning, user training, alarm workflows and after-sales support.

Yes. ATEB supplies reefer components, consumables and technical materials for major machinery brands to shipping lines, vessels, terminals, depots, workshops and packing houses. Parts can be delivered ashore, coordinated during port calls or arranged for vessels passing through the Suez Canal, subject to identification, stock, access and timing.

To avoid delay, customers should provide the machinery brand, model, serial or container number, part number where available, fault description, photographs and required delivery location.

Please provide the container number, machinery manufacturer and model, exact location, cargo status, setpoint, current supply and return-air readings, alarm code, power status, fault description and required response time. Photographs or videos of the controller display and machinery condition can significantly improve the initial diagnosis.

For loaded cargo, also confirm the commodity, ventilation, humidity, Cold Treatment or Controlled Atmosphere requirements and any restrictions on powering down or opening the machinery compartment.
